Suggested Professional Pricing Guide
This price schedule is designed as a voluntary standard pricing framework for independent Certified Emotion Code® Practitioners. It provides clients with predictable pricing while allowing individual practitioners to adjust rates for experience, location, business expenses, and scope of service.

Heart-Wall® Sessions
Because Heart-Wall work may involve multiple sessions, practitioners may offer package pricing.

Remote Sessions
Emotion Code sessions performed remotely should generally carry the same professional rate as an in-person session. The practitioner’s professional time and expertise remain the same regardless of whether the client participates in person, by telephone, video conference, or another permitted remote method.
Practitioner Rate Standard
The recommended professional baseline is:
$125 minimum focused appointment
$175 standard 30-minute appointment
$350 standard professional hour
Practitioners may establish higher rates based upon experience, additional certifications, specialized services, geographic market, travel, or other legitimate business considerations.
Practitioners may also establish reduced community-service rates when they choose.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full scheduled session price.
No-shows may be charged the full appointment price.
Practitioners should clearly disclose cancellation and refund policies before accepting payment.

Certified Emotion Code® Practitioners operate as independent practitioners. Unless specifically authorized, an individual practitioner should not represent that their prices are established, required, or endorsed by Discover Healing or Dr. Bradley Nelson.
The Emotion Code® and Heart-Wall® are associated with Discover Healing and Dr. Bradley Nelson. This suggested price list is an independent professional pricing framework, not an official Discover Healing fee schedule.
Emotion Code services should also be described accurately. They are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, and practitioners should avoid promising that a session will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.
